Scotland rejected Brexit but was dragged out of the EU despite a 62% landslide Remain vote. That has cost Scottish jobs and slowed investment and our economy. After voting for independence Scotland will be able to access the European single market through an EU Association Agreement within the two-year transition period and then fully rejoin soon after. Brexit has been disastrous for the economy and was the initial cause of inflation, weakening the pound and created rising fuel costs.
